A Letter From The Lost Car Crew

To Our Lost Car Army,

First off, our thoughts are with you and your families, and we hope you are all safe and remain healthy. For those that are sick, we pray for a speedy recovery. Now more than ever, we can all appreciate the importance of coming together to protect each other in our current state of affairs.

We understand what an unsettling time we’re in, especially in our industry where we thrive off of the hustle and bustle, and busy days and nights cooking for others. We share these feelings with you as our business is directly connected to you. Community and relationships are very important to us as a company, so we are with you, and are thinking of all of you.

As a whole, Lost Car will continue to support other small businesses in our area, by asking our employees to order take-out or delivery where available. We’re all in this together, and need to support our industry in every way we can.

It’s hard to navigate through the unknown, but we want to do all we can to keep our customers, employees, and local communities safe. After careful consideration of the advice from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) we wanted to share some information and the measures we have decided to take in our own headquarters:

  • The health and wellbeing of our employees is paramount. Our staff is working remotely and our customer service team is always available to you, to answer any questions you may have.
  • Our retail showroom is now open to all people vaccinated or please wear a mask if you choose to non-vax! We want everyone to be safe.
  • Our online store is still open, and we are operating as efficiently as we can, with safety as our highest priority. We will be working to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible.
  • In order to help our industry, we will be offering 20% off for the rest of the year on all phone-in orders. This discount can’t be used on sale items.

As the COVID-19 situation changes, our plans may too. In the meantime, we’ll stay connected to you through our social channels, and try to keep that smile on your face.

There is much about this unique crisis that is unknown. But the one thing I do know is that we will all weather this storm. We are resilient and will lean on one another to get us through. When we all come out of this, we’ll be stronger than ever. And as always, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your continued support and for being a part of the Lost Car Army.

WE WILL GET THROUGH THIS TOGETHER.

Stay safe and well- yours sincerely,

The Lost Car Crew!
